Although I don't condone software piracy even some legitimate copies of Windows seem to be affected so here are the instruction (2 different methods from 2 sellers)

Method 1

Windows Genuine Advantage Removal Tool

Go to My Computer find your "C" drive then open the folder called Windows
and then the folder called System32 and find WgaTray.exe and wgalogon.dll.
Once those files are identified, you should right click on them and choose
rename then rename them to WgaTray1.exe and wgalogon1.dll. Then right click
in a space on your task bar and run Task Manager from the pop up menu under
the tab called "Processes" click once on the file called WgaTray.exe. to
highlight it then click the button "End Process"

Once you have done that. Restart the PC and what do you know, Windows
Genuine Advantage Notifications has gone.

Method 2

To disable Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications, you need to adjust some
settings in your PC. This can be done by following the steps listed bellow.

Step 1
Right click on the Blue Star beside the clock at the bottom right hand
corner of your screen.

Step 2
You will be given some options to go to. You need to click on Change
Notifications Settings.

Step 3
You will then be given the option to disable the Notifications. Follow the
instructions on the web page and once you have done that, restart the PC.
